If Someone Will Forgive You, Meaning You're Guilty and Asking Sorry and Forgiveness...Right?

The Facts That You Are Forgiven
The thief comes not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.  John 10:10
Salvation involves more than just forgiveness of sin.  There three things God does for you when you give your heart to Jesus.
These are best seen in Psalms 103:3-4 Who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases; Who redeemed your life from destruction; who crown you with lovingkindness and tender mercies.  The abundant life in Christ involves forgiveness, healing and power.
A.  Guilt is gone.  Guilt has been called the most difficult problem in psychology.  But the Bible says God takes away our guilt when we give our hearts to Jesus.  Jesus often said, Your sins be forgiven you, because He knew man needed to hear that all his iniquities were forgiven.  We are free from guilt because of Jesus.
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Romans 8:1
B.  Healing for the stain of sin.  Like a river overflowing its bank and running wild, sin tears our soul as it spills forth in its fury.  We need not only forgiveness, but healing for our spirits that have been victimized by sin.  Note the devastating hurt of sin in the life of the demonic child.  The Bible says, the evil spirit tare him.
Mark 9:20 And they brought him unto Him: and when He saw him, straightaway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming.
Clearly we need healing for our souls.  Jesus heals:
1.  Our memories.  Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before.  Philippians 3:13
2.  Our broken hearts.  The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He had anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor, He had sent Me to heal the broken hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, Luke 4:18
3.  Our spirits of infirmities.  And, behold, there was a woman on which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.  And when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him, and said unto her, woman, you are loosed from that infirmity.  Luke 13:11-13
He is not the only One who rids from guilt, but also heals our souls left bleeding and broken from sin’s fury.
C.  Power over the pull of sin.  All of us have a pull downward within us.  For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.  Romans 7:19
But we do not have to yield to the pull.  Jesus only takes away guilt and heals our spirits, but also gives us sure power to overcome sin.  But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become sons of God, even to them that believe on His name.  John 1:12
We can overcome because Jesus lives within us.  You are of God little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.  1 John 4:4
We are redeemed from destruction by the living Christ.  For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, much more then, being now reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.  Romans 5:10
If at this moment, you are still did not know the true nature of Christ as the Son of God, pls. check amongst all people who shares about God, who amongst them rose from the dead?  No one, and no man, except Jesus, right?  This is why do not let this day pass you by without you, surrendering and giving your life to Jesus, for He said and I quote, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believed in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. John 11:25
“Dear Lord Jesus,

I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness.  I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead.  I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life.  I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Saviour.  In Your Name, amen.
