We are saved through faith
and that is not of ourselves, because it is God’s gift and not by works so that
we cannot be proud!
Ephesians 2:8-9 says,
For by grace are ye saved through
faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should
boast.
Amazing Grace! How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now am found
Was blind but now I see
